Yin Yoga – Mixed levels
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice focused on applying moderate stress to the connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Most stretches and poses are mat based and tend to be held for longer periods of time. This is a meditative approach to yoga which helps cultivate awareness of one’s inner stillness.
Gentle Flow Yoga – II
Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.
Morning Flow – II/III

This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity.
Evening Flow – II/III
Evening Flow Yoga is similar to Moderate Flow Yoga but dialed down a notch honoring individuals’ energetic levels at the end of the day. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, move the body and burn off excess energy, and wind down to a deeper state of relaxation as you prepare for your evening.
Moderate Flow – III
This flow class focuses on the fundamental yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during the transitions between poses. Individuals new to yoga, and those who have practicing for years, will enjoy deepening their understanding of these core poses and the effects they can have on the body, breath, emotions, thoughts, and sense of becoming more centered. This class can be moderately vigorous as individuals flow from one pose to the next guided by their breath and the supportive guidance of the instructor.
Flow Yoga – Level IV
Our flow class invites further exploration of yoga and the body, mind, and spirit by broadening your exposure to a variety of yoga poses and their variations. This class is appropriate for individuals who have some yoga experience, or at least a good understanding of their body and how it moves. Flow is a vigorous class where the movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner and linking movement with breath is a primary focus. Beginners are welcome, but will be encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses before moving onto the more complex poses.
