Private yoga sessions are a wonderful way to have a class, or series of classes, personalized to your specific needs or desires, and are provided in the lovely Posabilities studio or clinic space.
Sessions are available for individuals or groups.
After an initial conversation, a program will be designed based on what you want and your needs. A class day, time, and length will be determined based on your schedule during the initial conversation.
