Movement Fundamentals challenges all areas of fitness with a focus on mobility and stability. In this hour long class you will use your body weight and momentum to move like you have never moved in a fitness class before, challenging your mobility and stability, as well as strength and endurance. This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Movement Specialist and Performance Enhancement Coach. BJ earned his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Maine. BJ has worked with clients of all ages, pregnant and post pregnant women, and athletes from every level including: High School, Division 1 & Division 3 colleges, NBA, NFL, and MLB.
Prepare for your first class:
When coming to your first class at Posabilities please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in with the instructor and complete a waiver. You should wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in, and fitness shoes that are clean and free of any dirt or grit. You should avoid eating anything heavy for at least one hour before class, and drink plenty of water. We do have fresh, filtered water available, and you are encouraged to bring a water container to class. We do suggest that you consult with your health care provider anytime that you start a new exercise regimen. Parking is available directly in front of Posabilities, as well as across the street.
