Fit Fusion is a fitness class infusing a blend of exercises, movements, and techniques from Pilates, barre, and yoga. This 1 hour class will support gains in strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio vascular health. This class will incorporate challenging and fun standing movement sequences, resistance exercises using bands, as well as mat based exercises. This class will be paced in a way that it will be accessible to a variety of ability levels, and modifications will be offered to meet individual needs and abilities. The class will be done barefooted, so no sneakers are needed.
Prepare for your first class:
When coming to your first class at Posabilities, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in with the instructor and complete a waiver. You should wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in. In the cooler months wearing layers may be beneficial. You should avoid eating anything heavy for at least one hour before class, and drink plenty of water. We do have fresh, filtered water available, and you are encouraged to bring a water container to class. We do suggest that you consult with your health care provider anytime that you start a new exercise regimen. Parking is available directly in front of Posabilities, as well as across the street.
