Clear your mind at the end of the week to prepare for an easeful weekend, or to return to the office focused and ready to wrap up your to-do list. All are welcome! No meditation experience necessary.
Kathryn Gardner leads this 1 hour class. Kathryn is an experienced meditator who has been practicing a variety of meditation techniques for over 20 years and has completed her teacher training in Transformation Meditation.
